Sharing the street address with JHCA is a community of town homes, which has a separate homeowner association, as well as a marina and a waterside restaurant, appropriately named, 1000 North.
Situated on the Intracoastal Waterway near the Jupiter Inlet, JCHA is conveniently located close to beaches, shopping and within walking distance to fine waterside restaurants.
